When I started with Michelmersh I was new to the industry, with an understanding that my knowledge would be built upon through the completion of an apprenticeship. The Company helped guide me through the process of development, and subsequently I passed the apprenticeship at distinction level. Over time, this has helped my confidence and expertise in the role grow greatly to a point where I now consider myself fully competent and able to operate independently. I am now in the process of completing a second apprenticeship to develop my role further. I very much feel as if the Company takes my development seriously and appreciates the skills and knowledge I bring to my role as a HR professional. I have no doubt that I am a valued member of the team and look forward to developing my career with Michelmersh further in the future.
