Our cladding systems are BBA accredited, independently tested, and built to perform in real-world conditions. Designed for speed, consistency, and architectural integrity, they feature brick finishes, hidden fixings, and lightweight construction. Prefabricated off-site, they’re easy to install, compatible with various substrates, and meet the highest standards of fire safety, durability and flexibility.
Our Pro-Clad, Pro-Steel and Pro-Lock systems are currently manufactured in accordance with the requirements of BBA 17/5475
Panelled Facade Systems
Pro-Clad 1
Our rectangular brick-faced cladding system, in which the slips between adjoining panels are created on-site after panel installation, is best suited for vertical wall areas requiring repeated panel sizes. Pro-Clad 1 panels are 95% fabricated off-site, allowing greater flexibility and ease of installation. The Pro-Clad 1 represents our most cost-effective brick-faced cladding panel system.

Pro-Clad 2
Pro-Clad 2 offers an interlocking cladding panel system where no on-site fabrication of slips is required and is suitable for vertical and soffit applications. Pro-Clad 2 is usually designed site-specific to fit the areas needed. Pro-Clad 2 offers excellent value and low on-site effort.

Pro-Clad 3
Developed from our Pro-Clad 2 system, but with the addition of a mechanical fix to each slip, alongside the resin-bonded adhesion of the brick slips to the carry panel. Pro-Clad 3 requires an incredibly low level of on-site effort, ensuring work can be completed efficiently. Pro-Clad 3 offers an effective solution for complex brickwork details as a partial cladding system. Compatible with almost any brick type and achieving an A1 fire rating, it is also suitable for use at height.

Introducing the
CMS40 Facade System.
In conjunction with industry leaders Cladmate, FabSpeed has co-produced the CMS40 system – a durable and fire-safe brick cladding solution, suitable for both internal and external applications across residential, commercial, and specialist projects. The system uses clay bricks cut into precision slips to match project specifications, offering the aesthetic of traditional brickwork with the practical benefits of a lightweight panelised system.
Supplied as a kit form system, CMS40 components are supplied loose for on-site installation. Precision-cut brick slips are installed onto aluminium brick slip carrier rails and mechanically fixed to a carrier system that can be installed to either steel framing systems, concrete, or timber frame structures.
