Prefabricated & Traditional Arches
Prefabricated arches boast a long-standing history in construction, dating back to ancient times. Remarkably, many arches from the Roman period have endured to this day, maintaining their original splendour. Choosing prefabricated arches proves to be an efficient and effective method to enhance the aesthetic appeal of any structure.
All our prefabricated arches are meticulously crafted off-site, adhering to the highest standards of factory-made quality. We offer two arch types: load-bearing which utilises an integral load-bearing element, and non-load-bearing, which requires a supporting lintel. This distinction makes our arches exceptionally easy to install while ensuring optimal structural integrity.
Backing Options

Lightweight Arch
Our lightweight arches provides a lightweight solution for quick installation without the need for lifting equipment. Made at 102mm thick with two SIPCO cement particle boards.

Loose Cut
Arch Bricks can be supplied without being prefabricated to any backing for a traditional built arch. Factory-controlled cutting provides the builder with perfectly cut bricks to ensure a quality built arch.

Concrete Arch
Our Concrete Arches provide a high-strength load-bearing option for our customers. Concrete backing is available for all arch types and can be made to any size & shape.
