Fab-Lite Facades Pro-Clad was specified because of it’s attractive appearance and sustainability benefits. Pro-Clad was incorporated across the front  and rear elevations along with the chimney designed in panels too. 

As well as supplying the Pro-Clad panels, Fab-Lite Facades produced the steel lintels on the side elevations where they built the brickwork traditionally, providing a streamlined service.

The result being that the building exterior appears warm, fresh and clean whilst benefitting from thermal and acoustic performance.
